Aftercare is a top priority for us here at Acorn. We want to make sure that all our stairlift users are 100% happy with our stairlifts.

If, in the unlikely event there is a problem with your lift, our dedicated help desk is just a phone call away, 365 days a year. Plus we have a range of extended warranties available to suit any requirements.

Our stairlifts are built in Scotland and we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and try wherever possible to exceed industry standards.

At Acorn, we always aim to do our best but unfortunately there may be times when things do not go according to plan.
